It’s like a blueprint! Cyanotype is an alternative photographic process invented by Sir John Herschel in 1842. This beautiful printing technique produces a Prussian blue image using UV light (usually from the sun). Today, this striking art form is used not only to document nature but also to create unique images on paper, fabric, or other found materials.

In this workshop, led by artist Josephine Langbehn, we will explore the basics of cyanotype using natural flowers and plants on paper. All materials are provided. No experience required.
